Return & Refund

All Jewel of Africa products come delicately packed in a complimentary box.

Returns

You can return any item purchased within 30 days for an exchange or store credit only with an original tax invoice provided that it is unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Please note that jewellery metal and gemstone will first have to be inspected by our experts before refund or return is processed.

Online Purchase

Products can be returned at your own cost within 30 days from when they were shippied. You will be refunded directly on your bank account. The amount you get back reflects the exchange rate on the day we issue the refund. 

For Customized product orders, we do not refund but we will rework on the product if not compliant with the product you ordered.

In-Store Purchase

Return or refund are handled at Jewel of Africa head office located on 8 Nyerere Road, Longacres, Lusaka.

To obtain a refund, items must be returned unused, in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days from the date of your sales receipt. Refund will be done by cheque or within 7 days. For any card sales, 3% will be deducted from the total amount refunded to cover the bank charges.

Insurance

For online purchase, your Jewel of Africa jewellery will be insured from our workshop until the moment you receive your parcel.

Hygiene

For hygiene reasons, any piercings such as earrings cannot be returned.
