Introducing our Watermelon Collection, featuring the Watermelon Tourmaline found in the soils of Zambia’s Eastern Province. This gemstone has a pink centre and green perimeter around the outside, resembling a watermelon and it’s rind. It is one of the very few stones where you can see the formation process etched into the mineral. Watermelon tourmaline is a rare and unique member of the tourmaline family which are becoming harder to find, thereby increasing their value. Its lustre is vitreous, ranging from transparent to opaque. The pieces chosen for this collection are playful and exuberant, a cheerful addition to any day of the week.
